Seeing as this movie was not posted on here before, and we all know it should, I decided to take the liberty of posting. This must be one of the best and most moving films I’ve ever seen, starring Russel Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix this movie won 5 oscars and another 45 different awards! I’ve never seen the extended edition for some reason but I did see the theatrical cut many times, and it was good.

Quality: This release is 170 minutes long but FiNaLe did a good job with this one, 1012kbps bitrate and typical 128kbps bitrate for the audio. Also there was a problem with the original release so the repacked CD1 is included in both the torrent and NZB so no worries. Enjoy

Hello guys, i was surfing lately, which i know i shouldn't, knowing that my exams are going on, i found a blog with the tag name Internet is for Fun. the name looked quiet funny because we all know internet is far more powerful and far more bigger than fun. But i want to know what the owner actually meant by this, so i continued surfing and going through pages. And thank God i did that, because if i hadn't done it i wouldn't come across such a funny yet informative site.

The topics discussed here are very varied and generally amuse you by some or the other way. I must say that, with such diverse topics discussed here, the tag name should be changed to "Internet is for Entertaintment", nevertheless the current header being fairly appropriate.

Finally coming to the site design, the design is quiet good enough to describe the content of the site. How often do we see that, in spite of the content being good, the design lets down the blog, but here the design goes hand in hand for a entertainment blog.

It was a great match where both the teams had the upper hand for a certain amount of time, but later on proved that they were the best and they clinch the Champions league trophy. The road to the final was never easy and the final it self was never easy. With the early deadlock both the teams were in pressure to score so that the pressure is reduced but Manchester United stood firm and produced a wonderful match.

The audience was presented with a hell of a night and and can say that the everyone enjoyed, especially the locals as they had come to see a close batle which they got to see.

Well well well Chelsea fire back. They score equaliser just when the clock was right and thus enter half time with score line level at 1-1.

The American Dad! episode tonight is brought by 0TV, who have included some notes in their NFO. They mention drtj_repair, a script used to fix the glitchy effects in Simpsons, American Dad! and Family Guy episodes aired and ripped. You know, with the flickering horizontal lines. I’ll have to check if there aren’t any glitches by watching, but I’m sure its fine with the repair script applied.

Spring Break-Up: Unappreciated by Stan, Francine visits her parents over spring break. “There’s No Place Like Home” constitutes the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth episodes and is the season finale of the American Broadcasting Company’s fourth season of the serial drama television series Lost and the eighty-first, eighty-second and eighty-third episodes overall. The three constituent episodes will be split into two broadcasts; “Part 1″ will air on May 15, 2008 and “Parts 2 and 3″ will air on May 29, 2008 on ABC in the United States and on CTV in Canada. The second and third parts will make up the two-hour season finale of the fourth season. Originally the episode was planned to be split into two one-hour parts, but executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse petitioned ABC to include one of their three episodes “in the bank” (due to the WGA strike) at the end of the fourth season, leaving 34 episodes to be split over seasons five and six. The episodes were written by Cuse and Lindelof and “Part 1″ was directed by co-executive producer Stephen Williams with executive producer Jack Bender directing “Parts 2 and 3″. The narrative will revolve around a face-off between the survivors and the people on the freighter Kahana.

Scenes featuring Alan Dale were filmed in secret in London as Dale was appearing as King Arthur in Spamalot there at the time. Dale was not made aware of the plot of the episode, saying that “the wording, the title and all the headings on the scripts were changed. Only [he] knew they were the Lost scripts, along with the director.” Production staff were flown to London and sets for Dale’s scenes were constructed at Shepperton Studios at a cost of $2 million.

I never really watch this show or know what its about, but somebody wrote a bit about it in the comments section a while back, so I thought I’d post it since I saw this new episode pre today. Shows like this make me hungry even if I just ate, so I try to stay away from them

Well this is definitely my favorite of all the CSI shows, as its entertaining and sophisticated unlike its sibling show CSI Miami . Can’t say much except you should definitely watch this if you aren’t already as even the critics agree with me .

Well, finals are over, and after a couple days of heavy drinking in celebration, I’m back. I’m going on holiday for a few days before summer term beings, but I won’t be actually going anywhere, so I’ll still be posting. It is great to see the TV Roundup has been carried on in my absence. Props to the staff here. Tonight brings the release of episode 19 of Boston Legal. It doesn’t air until tomorrow night, but 2HD had it for you tonight. I probably won’t download this, since I am backed up on my tv watching because of finals, and I may as well wait for my dvr to record it tomorrow night. Record-holder Ryan Giggs marked a lifetime's loyalty with the best present possible as he delivered another Premier League title to Manchester United as they beat Wigan 2-0.

United were in front but needing calming despite Cristiano Ronaldo's first-half penalty when Giggs kept his nerve to coolly slot home Wayne Rooney's through ball.

A quarter of an hour earlier, Giggs' had been introduced for his 758th United appearance, equalling a milestone left by Sir Bobby Charlton that will surely be eclipsed in Moscow on May 21.

But all Giggs will care about is adding to a medal collection that continues to expand, containing all 10 championships won under Sir Alex Ferguson, part of an overall United haul of 17, one adrift of Liverpool, who Ferguson has vowed to overtake.

Few would begrudge the Red Devils their latest success, even if the free-flowing attack that has propelled them to glory by two points over Chelsea - who drew 1-1 with Bolton - was strangely muted.

Certainly anyone still daring to suggest Steve Bruce was happy enough to do his old club a favour clearly was not inside a stadium where, contrary to stated wisdom, the vast majority wanted a home win.

And how Wigan did their supporters proud as they controlled possession for long periods and enjoyed the majority of chances.

Emile Heskey was a particular thorn in the side of Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic and, with Antonio Valencia providing flashes of inspiration from the flanks, United were wobbling.

Had Chelsea known the strife their rivals were in and taken advantage in those tense early minutes, United may have toppled.

Instead, Michael Brown, Jason Koumas and Marcus Bent all failed to convert half chances and Chelsea, with longer-term problems concerning John Terry to deal with, could not seize the early initiative.

Not for the first time in recent weeks, Ronaldo had been a subdued force until his moment of destiny arrived and allowed him to equal Alan Shearer's Premier League best haul of 31.

The Portugal winger is still to produce the one stand-out performance on a day of high importance that will silence his remaining critics.

But, with the pressure starting to increase, Ronaldo was the coolest man in the stadium, sending Chris Kirkland the wrong way after Boyce had clipped Wayne Rooney.

As Sir Alex Ferguson had listed Rooney as no better than having the chance of a place on the bench 48 hours earlier, the striker's presence in United's starting line-up was a major surprise.

Like Ronaldo, Rooney toiled for long periods without having an impact but as Paul Scharner let the ball slide under his foot, Ferguson's decision to select the England man was fully justified as he was onto it in a flash.

A posse of Wigan players, Boyce among them, surrounded referee Steve Bennett to complain, although in truth they had a more plausible argument when Paul Scholes barged Wilson Palacios over by the touchline a couple of minutes later.

As the tenacious midfielder had already been booked for a foul on the same man, Bennett would have been fully justified in giving the afternoon a dramatic twist by pulling out a red card.

Instead, the official, harangued by Ferguson for dismissing Ronaldo at Portsmouth earlier in the season, opted to issue a final warning, which merely reinforced the belief that United would be champions.

United certainly began the second-half as if they believed it.

Kirkland denied a thunderous Ronaldo free-kick and goalbound efforts from Rooney and Carlos Tevez.

It formed past of a frenzied period which should have seen United awarded a penalty for Titus Bramble's ill-advised lunge on Scholes and Rooney booked as he launched a volley of abuse at Bennett for a free-kick awarded against him.

At least for the sake of United's nerves, the action was taking place around the Wigan goal but by the time Giggs was introduced, the Latics had revived and Emile Heskey planted a header on the roof of the visitors' net from Koumas' free-kick.

But United were not to be denied and 10 minutes from time, Rooney provided the killer pass for Giggs to wrap up yet another title and allow minds to wander towards the Luzhniki Stadium in 10 days' time when they intend to leave Chelsea heartbroken once more.

Republic of Ireland midfielder Kevin Kilbane will sit out Wigan's Barclays Premier League match against Manchester United on Sunday.

With the club's status assured, Kilbane has been told to rest up by manager Steve Bruce after struggling with a back problem in recent weeks.

Mario Melchiot and Erik Edman remain sidelined through injury as Wigan look to extend their unbeaten run to six games and deny Bruce's former club the title.

Bruce admitted 40-goal striker Cristiano Ronaldo is going to be the one to watch.

"When you get a wide player getting that many in a season, you wonder what

the centre forward is going to do,'' he said.

"The big thing about United is their strength in depth. Sir Alex can rotate the squad as it is deeper and stronger than when they first won the Premier League.

"That is what we are up against but we are looking forward to the challenge.

"It is great for the club and a small town like Wigan to host a game like this.''

Defender Paul Scharner, the club's player of the year, is certainly excited about what lies immediately ahead.

He said: "You could not wish for more on the last day of the season than a home game against Manchester United in front of a full house.

"The football world will be watching us and we will try everything to get a victory.

"Manchester United are the best team in the league but we have kept a lot of clean sheets recently.

"We have 40 points so it has been a good season, although there is always room for improvement.

"It is a hard job each week when you face the best players in the world. You have to keep focused.''

Rio Ferdinand has assured Manchester United supporters no-one at Old Trafford will be resting on their laurels no matter what glory comes their way in the next 10 days.

Victory at Wigan on Sunday followed by a Champions League triumph over Chelsea in Moscow on May 21 would complete the second most successful campaign for United, eclipsed only by the historic Treble in 1999.

Yet the celebrations will be kept to a bare minimum.

For, as Ferdinand points out, once the trophies are locked away, attention will immediately turn towards the next season and more silverware.

"To win back-to-back titles this weekend would be great,'' said Ferdinand.

"It is a very hard thing to do and we understand that. But as soon as it was achieved, we would be looking for a third. We would be looking to move on straight away.''

It is a quite remarkable attitude, yet it is one shared by Sir Alex Ferguson, through players such as Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes onto Ferdinand and is being picked up by the younger generation, such as Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo.

"It is hard to sit back when there are 76,000 people watching you every week,'' he said.

"In any case, the manager does not buy players with that kind of slack imprint in their make-up. He buys players who are hungry and want to do well.

"It is bred into you to want to win every league and cup you are going for. They don't want players here who say they don't mind whether they win the Premier League this year or next.

"People like Giggs, Scholes and Neville who have been here and won countless trophies are the inspiration behind that. We look at them and say if they can do it, why can't we?''

With Ferdinand's regular central defensive partner Nemanja Vidic back after sustaining concussion at Chelsea last month, United's defence looks solid even if the best Rooney can hope for is a place on the bench as he looks to ease his way back from a worrying hip complaint.

As up to 20,000 United fans are expected to make the short journey north, Ferdinand knows he is likely to find out what the situation is at Stamford Bridge whether he wishes to or not.

We all have been waiting for this moment, and here it is, EURO 2008. With England not playing, it will be a competition without stars, also the fans would be disappointed. Still we must see a good competition, with good upcommng players from other countries.

It is Thursday. Like most people, it is a busy TV night for me. First up, Smallville. From last week’s cliff-hanging ending, we may guess that Supergirl somehow has been controled by Brianiac. WORK DONE:
Firstly i cropped the top and bottom to hide the angle .....
Ran the video through some filters increasing the chroma for more colour and increasing the lum,gamma to brighten
it up and add more contrast to made it look less grey.
Also de-interlaced the whole film.......wasn't badly interlaced but need it done.
Had to cut 10 secs out of the film because the picture broke up badly and froze.
Audio has had a hiss reduction filter ran over it and also gave it a bit of a boost.

Sony and Samsung, two of the biggest backers of the Blu-ray Disc format during its battle with rival HD DVD, are releasing new Blu-ray Disc products with the anticipation that consumers are finally ready to start upgrading to high-definition video discs. Sony’s new machines, the BDZ-A70 and BDZ-T90, are both Blu-ray Disc recorders that pack a hard-disk drive and dual-tuners for Japan’s digital TV broadcasting system. The former model has a 320G byte hard disk and iLink port for hooking up to a DV camcorder while the latter a 500G byte drive but comes without the camcorder connection. Both cost ¥168,000 (US$1,608) and are available in Japan only.

Samsung’s new player, the BD-P1500, supports “full HD” 1080p playback and accepts not only Blu-ray Disc but also DVD and CDs. In the case of DVDs it offers upconverting to 720p, 1080i and 1080p.But it won’t support BD-Live, the next major addition to the Blu-ray Disc format, out of the box. BD-Live is an interactive system that brings functions like gaming, e-commerce and new content to a Blu-ray Disc player through an Internet connection, due to be available in coming months. The first buyers of the BD-P1500 will have to upgrade their players to support BD-Live through an Internet or USB memory drive. The player will be available worldwide from May and will cost around US$399.
